Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label. Contact us first for the designated return address.
Customer Error (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item due to a change of heart or personal preference, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
HVIBETUNE Error (Damaged or Wrong Item): If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-made or personalized products.
Intangible services, such as customized Feng Shui consultations or spatial energy adjustments.
Initiate a Return: Email us at contact@hvibetune.com with your order number and reason for return.
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@hvibetune.com.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
